Ray Fallan is the Development and Growth Officer in tide – Together in Dementia Everyday.
Part of her role is to support carers and former carers of people living with dementia. tide provide opportunities for carers to use their voice and lived experience in order to create real change in future policies and strategies and believe that carers and former carers have the experience and knowledge to improve health and social care, research, and policy development throughout the UK.
Ray is also a former unpaid carer to her husband.
