Prof Dr Dabove is a lawyer graduated from the National University of Rosario, Argentina (1988) and has a PhD in Human Rights from the Carlos III University, Spain. (1998).
She fills a top position as Main Researcher at the National Scientific and Technical Research Council in the Law School of Buenos Aires University, Argentina and is Professor of and Lecturer in Philosophy of Law and Elder Law in Argentina and other Latin American countries, in Australia and in Europe.
Author of “Rights of Older Persons” (Ciudad Argentina, Buenos Aires – Madrid, 2002), Director and author of “Elder Law: an interdisciplinary perspective” (Juris, Rosario, 2006). “Human rights of older persons: access to justice and international protection” (Astrea, Buenos Aires – Colombia, 2015), “Elder Law. Basis and scopes” (Astrea, Buenos Aires, 2018 and 2020), among others.
